Daily and Weekly Reservations
Deposit: Full payment with reservation
No refunds for early departure.
Cancellation: Less than 72 hours (3 days) prior to scheduled arrival day: No refund.
More than 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival day: Full refund less 10%.

One Month Reservations April - December
Deposit: Full payment with reservation.
No refunds for early departure.
Cancellation: Less than 14 days prior to scheduled arrival day: Full refund less 25%.
More than 14 days prior to scheduled arrival day: Full refund less 10%.

Multiple Month Reservations April - December
Deposit: 50% of total site fee for duration of reservation. Balance payable upon arrival.
Early Departure: Regular daily, weekly and monthly rates apply and balance is refunded less 10%.
Cancellation: Less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival: Full refund less 1 month.
31 or more days notice prior to arrival day: Full refund less 10% of deposit.

January and/or February and/or March
Deposit for 1 month: Full payment with reservation.
Deposit for multiple months: 50% of total site fee for duration of reservation.
Cancellation: Non-refundable within 30 days of arrival.
Prior to 30 days, full refund less 10%.

Winter Vacation Specials 5 & 6 Month Winter Season Rentals
Deposit: Two month deposit. Balance due upon arrival.
Early Departure: No refunds for early departure.
Cancellation: Cancel 31 days before scheduled arrival for full refund less 25%; No refunds after.

Mandatory Hurricane Evacuation
Camping Vouchers for future camping may be issued for overnight stays missed due to
mandatory hurricane evacuation. There are no vouchers or refunds for early departures that are made on a voluntary basis.
